The key to understanding them is knowing what to look for. In this session, learn the difference between a behavioral assessment and a psychological one and why validity, reliability, and distortion are critical in selecting a well-designed assessment. Increase predictive value by learning how to develop a battery of assessments that measure behavior, emotional intelligence and critical-thinking skills. Acquire a clearer understanding of why, when appropriately used, assessments are an effective tool in the entire talent management process from supporting an effective selection model to predicting emergent leaders and their leadership potential.
