5 Strategies for Organizational Effectiveness

"Unless there is a common cause for people to rally around, most people will just wander around."

Rick Tiemann

When I shared my thoughts about writing this book with a friend of mine, he said, "Why don't you just name your book, The 5 Ways To Screw Up Your Business?" That is certainly an interesting thought and might even be an appropriate title. I will be referring to how to take care of your business and not screw it up. I wish to explore with you my thoughts and observations as to what are the most important things in running your business. This book explores, after 40 years of experience and 20 of them in the consulting arena, what I have observed to be the 5 most significant dynamics that I believe will likely cause a business to falter or at least stumble if not paid attention to. I will also try to explore what strategies you can put into place to create an effective organization and better position it for growth.
