These reports are a guide; do not try to over complicate it. Let the reports confirm your thoughts about the candidate and guide you away from potential problem areas. You will never hire a perfect person. Everyone you hire will have "gifts" and "limitations". You are trying to confirm that their assets outweigh their liabilities.
