What is Learning on the Fly©?
Learning on the Fly© is a series of powerful, accelerated training programs designed to improve performance in just 90 minutes each week. These programs are called, "Learning on the Fly©" because they allow individuals to learn and implement new skills at the point they are needed, with minimal time away from work.
Why use Learning on the Fly©?
People learn 20% of what they hear, 30% of what they see, 50% of what they see and hear and 80-90% of what they say and do. Based on those statistics, how effective is your current training program?
Retention of new concepts is tied to the value of what is learned and our ability to immediately apply that learning.
Our unique programs are supporting retention rates that are 3 times the rate of traditional training (10% retention after 30 days). That means that 90 days later, participants of a Learning on the Fly© program are still implementing what they've learned!
Our unique blend of training, coaching, and peer accountability allow us to measure performance at every step

How does Learning on the Fly© work?
You'll get a deeper understanding of the concepts within each program because the process:
- activates previous knowledge or experiences within your brain
- demonstrates new ways to implement that knowledge or experience
- provides an environment for applying your knowledge or skills by creating a "lab" within your daily work activities
- builds on the previous week's learning through a process of blended repetition and introduction of new concepts
Learning on the Fly© programs are conducted in one-hour live web learning segments with pre-work, weekly assignments, and personal action plans to continue the learning process even after the program is completed.
Who is Learning on the Fly© for?
Our public programs are effective for professionals, supervisors, managers, and sales representatives.
In addition, in-house programs can be tailored for specific staff levels such as call center staff, administrative staff, managers, supervisors, sales representatives, and more.
Learning on the Fly© gives your brain the stimulation, motivation, and recovery time to effectively learn new concepts and skills
